Which financial statements can I create with Reportability?

You can prepare annual reports for companies in reporting classes A and B, as well as annual reports for associations and residential landlords.

Reportability guides you through the process from data collection and mapping to the annual report, documentation, statement, and filing.

Can I create annual reports for associations?

Yes. Reportability supports annual reports for associations.

Can Reportability file the annual report with the Danish Business Authority?

Yes. Once the annual report is complete, it can be filed with the Danish Business Authority directly from Reportability.

This allows you to manage the process from accounting data to the final annual report and filing in the same solution.

Can I prepare documentation and statements in the same solution?

Yes. With the Report and Statement package, you can consolidate your annual report, documentation, and statement in Reportability, so you don't have to switch between different tools to complete the task.

How is accounting data imported into Reportability?

Reportability can pull a client's accounting data directly into the solution, so you don't have to manually export and then import files.

The data forms the basis for, among other things, automatic account mapping and work on the annual report. When changes or adjusting entries are made, relevant data can also be written back, helping you avoid unnecessary duplicate work.

Can I customize the mapping myself?

Yes. Reportability uses automatic mapping to link accounts from the client's bookkeeping to the relevant items in the annual report.

The tool indicates its own confidence level regarding its decisions. The automatic mapping is there to assist you, not to take over your professional judgment.

What do you mean by assistants?

The assistants are features within Reportability that help you with specific parts of the annual report process.

They automate and support tasks that would otherwise require manual work, while ensuring you remain in control as a professional. The assistants are designed to provide a better basis for decision-making and reduce manual data entry—not to replace your professional judgment.

Which assistants are available in Reportability?

Reportability has four assistants:

The Data Assistant helps collect relevant information from sources such as the CVR register and bookkeeping, and assists with mapping.

The Report Assistant helps prepare the reporting.

The Client Assistant gives you an overview of your progress with each client's annual report.

The Documentation Assistant helps with documentation work.

Yes, you can bring all your company's employees into our solution, each with their own personal login.

Can we distribute tasks and clients?

The client list gives you a complete overview, allowing you to assign individual clients or accounts to the relevant employee, while the person in charge maintains an overview of the entire process.

Reportability protects your data and your clients' data, processing it in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
