1. Which packages can I choose from?

In Reportability, you can choose between two packages:

Report is for those who want to use Reportability to generate annual reports and calculate tax. This package includes the data, report, and client assistant.

Report and Declaration is for those who want to use Reportability to generate annual reports, calculate tax, and handle documentation and declaration work.
This package includes the data, report, client, and documentation assistant.

2. What is a credit?
If you rent out an apartment or a house, your rental activity is considered a business in the eyes of the Danish Tax Agency. This constitutes commercial rental when you rent out a property you do not live in yourself for a period of 12 months or more. For commercial residential rental, you must use your income and expenses to prepare a financial statement and report the figures to the Danish Tax Agency. With Reportability, you can easily and quickly prepare the financial statement for your rental property. Our platform guides you through the process in 5 quick steps, where you enter your figures and receive a complete guide telling you exactly which numbers to enter into the various fields for the Danish Tax Agency.
