When Lena de Fries Jensen from Fries & Funder ApS started using Reportability, the accounting process became significantly easier than before.
Four years ago, Lena de Fries Jensen started Fries & Funder ApS together with Jeanette Funder. Since then, they have offered bookkeeping, annual reports, corporate tax, and administrative tasks for companies and businesses.
"Back then, I prepared annual reports by hand and later in another accounting program that was more cumbersome to work with than Reportability. Today, I automatically transfer the client's bookkeeping from e-conomic to Reportability, and it makes a world of difference because the tool is self-driving. Digital Revisor removes some of the manual processes that just take time and don't add any real value," says Lena de Fries.
Digital Revisor is intuitive and self-driving
Lena prepares annual reports on Reportability for companies that don't have major accounting challenges. If a set of accounts becomes too complicated, she passes it on in the system.
When a client needs a financial statement in 3 hours, it's hopeless to use anything other than Digital Revisor. It is simply much easier and faster to generate an annual report in Digital Revisor. The tool is easy, intuitive, and self-driving, and it can quickly churn out something that looks neat and professional. The text is updated, and I don't have to be a technician to create it. If I map something incorrectly, for example, I just go back and change it. It doesn't require extensive technical insight. It's easy, fast, and wonderful," says Lena.
Cuts working time in half
After Lena signed up for Reportability, she cut her working time on financial statements in half. This is due in part to the automated process in Digital Revisor, which remembers what needs to be included in the report.
"I have cut the time in half. For example, I don't sit and proofread the text because I'm nervous about a missing comma or whether I've noted something incorrectly. The tool asks me, for example, if there is a dividend payment and calculates the tax depreciation correctly. It also acts as a control function that ensures I have the right figures in the right places," she concludes.
How do you prepare annual reports for your clients today?
There are several ways to go when you need to prepare annual reports for clients and help close a financial year. You can choose to do them manually or use an advanced program for annual reports with many options.
Both options are time-consuming because one requires you to be extremely careful, while the other requires you to answer 200 questions or more for each set of accounts.
Reportability's tool only asks questions relevant to the individual set of accounts. We have created a dynamic tool where complexity is reduced and automatically adjusts to the individual client's accounts.
