"Reportability is smart, and there is less manual work"

Mette Quottrup from MQ Revision is a registered accountant who uses Reportability to prepare annual reports for her clients. She does so because she finds it the easiest solution.

She started MQ Revision in 1992, but before dedicating her full attention to accounting and her business, she was both a gymnast and a police officer.

Today, she primarily helps small businesses and companies in reporting classes A and B with everything from bookkeeping and tax advice to annual accounts.

Saves time and enables digital submission to the Danish Business Authority

Mette Quottrup uses Reportability exclusively for generating annual accounts. Before she discovered the tool, she used other solutions on the market.

When comparing it to previous tools, she notes that two of the biggest changes are that she now completes annual accounts faster and can submit them to the Danish Business Authority digitally.

"I used to use a program that took so long that a single annual report could easily take an entire day. When I tried Reportability for the first time, it was quick and easy to get started, and today I can complete annual reports in as little as 20 minutes if the accounts are straightforward. The most complex accounts can take up to 2 hours, but those are few and far between," she says.

Only addresses what is relevant to the individual set of accounts

Mette Quottrup enjoys using the process tool for accountants and recommends it to anyone who needs to prepare and submit annual accounts, highlighting that the tool automates many manual tasks.

"Reportability is smart, and there is less manual work. For example, I like that the tool only asks me to address the specific accounts at hand, so I don't have to deal with things that are irrelevant to the report. It’s also really great that it generates both an internal and external report at the same time. It saves me time," she says.

Became a user by chance

In addition to managing client accounts at MQ Revision, Mette Quottrup is also a board member at Cereda and after a meeting, she was tasked with testing the quality of Reportability.

"I didn't actually intend to switch tools when I first tried Reportability. But when I tested it, I was surprised by how easy it was to get started. There isn't a long learning curve, and it’s really great that you have a support hotline that actually works and provides quick answers," says Mette Quottrup.
